These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern product purchases made on the website www.trendoramood.com (or via our Shopify store) between:

By placing an order, you agree without reservation to these terms.

Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur (e.g., colors, packaging). Photos are non-contractual.
3. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
Prices may be changed at any time, but the price charged is the one in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
Orders are considered final once full payment is received.
A confirmation email summarizing your order will be sent automatically.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a prior dispute or payment anomaly.
5. Payment
Payments are secure and processed via Shopify’s payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, credit cards).
We do not store any banking information.

Average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and product.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without providing a reason.

Products that are opened, damaged, or used will not be accepted for return or refund.
8. Returns & Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process a refund within 7 business days.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the error is ours (e.g., defective or wrong product).
9. Warranty
Our products are covered by legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.
All claims must be sent to contact@trendoramood.com with proof (photos, order number, etc.).
10. Liability
Trendora Mood is not liable for any indirect damages that may arise from purchasing products through our store.
11. Personal Data
Your personal data is collected only to process your orders.
We never sell your information to third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data upon request.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action. If necessary, the competent courts will be those of the location of Trendora Mood’s registered office.
